Chef’s! Food & Drinks is a marina restaurant with a twist. Get in among the action with a seat by our open kitchen, or choose a quiet corner to sit with friends and let our chefs finish off your dish table-side for an interactive dining experience. We wear our chef’s jackets proudly and with purpose, always ready to get cooking to make your dinner something to remember. Cozy up by the central fireplace in winter, or soak up the sun on our terrace in the summer after a stroll from the nearby beach. Host an event for up to 1000 people in one of our 14 meeting rooms, spanning a total area of 1500m2, and let Chef’s! Food & Drinks cater the day for you. Want something stand-out? Why not make exclusive use of our roof terrace for a summer or winter BBQ!
To make sure your events are unforgettable, we have teamed up with PBN, who arrange effective team building activities right next door. These are also perfect for a family and friends weekend, and can be combined with an overnight stay. Who wouldn’t want to spend time together just a stone’s throw from the beach?
Stay Overnight
Want to truly indulge? Spend the night at Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach. Enjoy a dinner and drinks at our restaurant before calling your ride home by pressing the elevator button. Stay in one of our 146 rooms, make use of our 14 meeting rooms, and enjoy public parking right besides the hotel. Join us in the morning for a Chef’s! breakfast before strolling over to the beach, just 150m away! The view of the dunes with your morning coffee is unbeatable!

The restaurant is located in Leonardo Hotel IJmuiden Seaport Beach. Right next to the hotel is a public parking area. You can access the parking 24/7, the costs are EUR 1.60 per hour or EUR 16 per day.
We are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is from 7:00am to 10:00am on a weekday and until 10:30 on a weekend, lunch from 12:00 noon to 16:00 and dinner from 17:45 to 21:30.
Interested in the opening times of our bar? Our bar is daily opened from 12:00 noon to 00:00.
